Our guest rooms may be occupied between 15:00 and 21:00 on the day of arrival. Any different time must be preliminarily indicated.
The rooms must be left by 10:00 at the latest on the day of leave.
The accommodation may be paid between 7:00 and 21:00 everyday.
Parking lot closed with barriers: 2,5 € / day / vehicle
Payable for guests above 18 at a rate of: HUF 350 / head / night
The hotel is a non-smoking zone: smoking is allowed in the designated places.
Pets are not accepted by our hotel.

The hotel charges an advance of 50% on reservation.
Failure to pay automatically erases the room reservation.
In case of cancellation or no-arrival within 21 days, the deposit is also considered a cancellation fee, we cannot refund it. Within the validity period of the package, we provide the opportunity to change the date once.
The hotel reserves the right to change the programme and the prices.

Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking facility, and therefore smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole area of the accommodation. A penalty of 100 `€ is charged if this rule is violated.
Our guests have the option to rent bicycles so that they can discover Mosonmagyaróvár and the magic Szigetköz on two wheels.
