booking

After the guests leave, the rooms left empty for at least 12-24 hours. We placed sensory hand sanitizers in several parts of the hotel, including the hotel entrance, and restaurant. Following the regulations, we disinfect community spaces, lavatories and handles with a much higher frequency. To maintain safety, we also ask you to wash your hands regularly and thoroughly and keep a minimum distance of 1.5-2 meters from others (except those you are living in the same household)!

Upon arrival

  • You will also receive the information document in printed form on request.
  • In the lobby, we marked the recommended distance of 1,5 meters.
  • Card payment and contactless payment are both available.
  • Card readers are disinfected regularly.
  • Room cards will be handed over to you after disinfection.
  • In case of any questions, our receptionists are at your disposal.

Cleaning

  • We are now cleaning even more carefully.
  • We use professional antiviral cleaners.
  • Lavatories in community spaces are cleaned with exceptional frequency and precision.
  • In community spaces, elevator call buttons, banisters and door handles are disinfected with high frequency.

Rooms

  • Daily room cleaning with more thorough disinfection than usual can take more time than before.
  • We use professional antiviral cleaning products.
  • Daily cleaning of the rooms is done when our guests are away, unless otherwise requested. If you do not require this service, please inform the reception.

Wellness

  • Please clean your hands with the sensory disinfectant upon entry.
  • Slippers are mandatory in the wellness area!
  • Our pool and saunas are at your disposal without restriction.
  • In the resting areas, the loungers are placed at the prescribed distance from each other.
  • Most of our treatments are available without restriction. Please inquire about these services at the time of reservation. The reception would also be happy to provide information about our available services.
  • We disinfect our pool in accordance with the regulations, and we regularly check the quality of our waters with an accredited laboratory.

MAINTENANCE between 04 th-10 th of December, 2024.

Dear Guests,

we are pleased to inform you that, our hotel begins a renovation project involving 24 rooms in total that has been planned for a long time. The renovation will be starts with the elevator between 04th-10th of December, 2024.

Second step: The room renovation 06th of January, 2025.

There will be no restriction in the services of our hotel during the renovation, your comfort and relaxation will be continuously ensured.
